(We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date only if the product was purchased from Baseus.IO. Please note that we are not able to accept returns for Baseus products purchased from any other outlet (ie: Amazon, ebay, kickstarter, other websites, or walk-in retailers)

We are Baseus.IO and are unable to accept warranty claims or returns for any reason for another vendor’s sale).

Within the first 30 days, if you are unhappy with the purchase or the product does not meet your expectations, you may simply send us an email, include your order number, the order date, and let us know that you will be returning the item promptly.

We will provide you with an acknowledgment and the return shipping address. Please contact us before returning any item purchased from Baseus.IO within 30 days of first email contact or the ship back date.

You will be responsible for the return shipping. We do not pay for or reimburse for return shipping. We urge you to use a tracking method. We are not responsible for lost return shipments. We will process your return credit once the item is received.

If you have a defective or broken product within the timeframes below, we will accept your return, process your defect claim and return your purchase price if deemed that the product is in fact defective or broken AND you have purchased it from our website, Baseus.IO.

Your return must be accompanied by a copy of the original purchase receipt or order number from Baseus.IO.

We will uphold the manufacturer warranty for the following items purchased from Baseus.IO (only):

  • 3 months (90 days) on all cables and car mounts
  • 6 months (180 days) on everything else
